Exhibitor Setup Information

Where: Holiday Inn At The Campus, Manhattan, KS

​

Table Setup Times:

Friday, November 8th: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Saturday, November 9th: 7:00am to 8:00am

​

Teardown/Moveout:

Saturday, November 9th following the benefit auction & banquet. All exhibits must be fully removed by 10:00 pm.

                                                                      

Exhibitor Tables:

Tables will be unassigned and setup on the perimeter of the ballroom. Please do not block active doorways or fire exits. Please do not hang or affix anything to the walls.

 

Meals:

Meal tickets will be provided at check-in for the meals that you have previously reserved. If you need additional meal tickets, we recommend reserving meals one week in advance.

Attendees:

Please confirm who will be attending as representation for your exhibitor space by October 16, 2024.
